11/14: Cara Benedetto, Marie Buck, Elaine Kahn

Cara Benedetto lives and works in New York, NY/USA. She studied at the Columbia University and graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in 2009. Ever since she is presenting her work in single and group exhibitions all over the world. Among her last projects are Breaking Waves (how Fake Stakes Ate The Cake), Taxter & Spengemann, New York, NY (2011) Gbmf, Souterrain, Berlin/Germany (2012), Where The Skin Gets Pinched, Young Art, Los Angeles, CA/USA, The Practice of Joy before Death, It just would not be a party without you, SCARAMOUCHE c/o Fruit and Flower Deli, New York (2009).

Marie Buck is the author of Life & Style (Patrick Lovelace Editions, 2009) and Portrait of Doom (Krupskaya, forthcoming 2015). Her work has been anthologized in Against Expression: An Anthology of Conceptual Writing and translated into Italian for the magazine Abbiamo le Prove

ELAINE KAHN is an artist based in Oakland, Ca. She is author of several chapbooks including A Voluptuous Dream During an Eclipse (Poor Claudia, 2012), founding member of the P.Splash Puppet Collective and managing editor of Flowers & Cream.  Music releases include Not, I’ll Not (Ecstatic Peace, 2011) and After You (Hot Releases, 2014).  Her first full-length poetry collection is forthcoming from City Lights Books this spring.  Recent writing can be found in Art Papers.
