9/12: Jennifer Bartlett, Melanie Neilson, Kathi Wolfe



Jennifer Bartlett was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and educated at the University of New Mexico, Vermont College, and Brooklyn College. She is the author of Derivative of the Moving Image (UNM Press 2007), (a) lullaby without any music(Chax 2012), and Autobiography/Anti-Autobiography (Theenk 2014). Bartlett also co-edited, with Sheila Black and Michael Northen, Beauty is a Verb: The New Poetry of Disability.


Melanie Neilson’s latest book is Palmyra Pieces, forthcoming from theenk Books.
New and recent work is included in the manuscript: Eco-Pulp Trio: 3 Lectures (Raiders of the Lost Observation Deck; Lake Interior; and Kaleidoscopic Embryos). Neilson is co-authoring The Autobiography of Jean Foos with her long-time collaborator/Big Allis co-editor Jessica Grim. She lives and works in NYC.


Kathi Wolfe is a writer and poet. Her most recent poetry collection “The Green Light,” published by Finishing Line Press and she is active with the Split This Rock: Poetry of Provocation & Witness.
