Since 2003 he has edited and published Make Now Press, a publisher of innovative writing. He has made or authored several books, including Syria Is in the World, Your Country Is Great, Handsome Fish Offices, Speech Genres. He likes starting or instigating gatherings. He has played music (Godzik Pink), co-founded an all ages venue (The Smell Club) and co-directs at Poetic Research Bureau. He divides his time between adjuncting at a local community college (ELAC!), trying to be a great parent/partner, working in construction, and publishing. He is working on things.
