What I wish happened every day of the year was a great poetry reading! So, you know what, that's what we will have this Friday for you! The beginning of my wish for everyday greatness.

Mathias Svalina is the author of three books, most recently The Explosions from Subito Press. With Alisa Heinzman, Hajara Quinn & Zachary Schomburg he co-edits Octopus Books. His book Wastoid will be released next year by Big Lucks Press.
Rachel Levitsky is the author of three books: THE STORY OF MY ACCIDENT IS OURS (Futurepoem Books, 2012), NEIGHBOR (Ugly Duckling Presse, 2009), and UNDER THE SUN (Futurepoem Books, 2003). She is the founder and co-director of Belladonna, an event and publication series of feminist avant-garde poetics. She is an Associate Professor of Humanities and Media Studies at Pratt Institute.
Phil Cordelli is a farmer and poet, seasonally and respectively. He is the author of Manual of Woody Plants, out just now from Ugly Duckling Presse. In the mid-1990s he recorded a series of albums as the Joey Bluesplosion, most featuring a then-young musician named Cactus Cooler. They now publish written works as The Pines.
